Attorney for Anthony Weiner asks judge for delay in sentencing

<p>Anthony Weiner's attorney has asked a federal judge to delay his client's sentencing until Oct. 6 The former congressman pleaded guilty to sexting charges earlier this year and is set to be sentenced on Sep. 8.&nbsp; Weiner's defense team claims it needs more time to prepare a sentencing recommendation that best fits their client's continuing treatment. Regardless of the sentence, Weiner will have to register as a sex offender.&nbsp;</p>
