Lejenn Williams, 15, went missing over two weeks ago on Jan. 1.

Her mother, Jennifer Williams, says she has autism and has never left the house on her own.

"This is getting harder every day, the reality of it.. of what it could be," says Williams.

Williams says she's gotten little information from police so now, she's taking matters into her own hands.

"I'm desperate.. whatever it takes, I'm not going to stop. This is my child," she says.

For the last two weeks, Williams has been going door-to-door, handing out missing person flyers.

"All we're asking for is a little help. If you see something say something," says Williams.

Lejenn is described as a female who is just over 5 feet tall.

She was last seen wearing a black and white bonnet, a black coat, black and white pajamas and brown-and-white sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
