The body found in Greenwood Lake has been positively identified Friday as the boater who went missing in November.
Police in West Milford, N.J., say someone who lives along the lake spotted the body of businessman Steven Zaicek Thursday morning not far from where his boat was found shortly after he disappeared.
Police initially didn't rule out suicide or the possibility that Zaicek may have staged his death. Zaicek owned a currency trading business and previously worked for a precious metals company that filed for bankruptcy in October.
Police say they are still waiting for the results of an autopsy to determine the exact cause of Zaicek's death.
