Police say a driver confused the gas for the brake pedal and plowed through the front window of a Pearl River 7-Eleven Thursday, injuring a customer.
According to police, 69-year-old Ellen Feeley drove through the front of the convenience store and into the aisles. Police say a customer injured his back and was taken to Nyack Hospital. Others in the store had to run for cover to avoid getting hit by the car. Police say Feeley was not hurt in the accident.
Police say the building is structurally sound, but a lot of repair work needs to be done.
