Law enforcement officials across the Hudson Valley are advising people if they "See something, say something" this holiday season.
Counter-terrorism action teams spent yesterday trying to get that message out with checkpoints in Rockland and Orange counties. Police pulled over trucks and inspected them for radiation and other suspicious materials. Pamphlets were also handed out at train stations, malls and shopping centers reminding people to remain vigilant.
Police are asking residents that if they see anything suspicious, to call the terrorism hotline at: 1-866- SAFE-N-Y-S.
