The faces of four Westchester fathers who have failed to pay child support can be seen in the New York Post Tuesday.Westchester County Executive Andy Spano says the ad is the latest effort to get the deadbeat dads, who collectively owe $193,000, to pay up. Spano says Westchester is the first county in the state to use the method. County officials say they will see if the $6,600 ad forces the parents into compliance before deciding if they will use the method again.
