The fountain at Croton Gorge Park in Croton was turned on for the first time since 2011.
Westchester County Executive George Latimer performed the honors on Wednesday. "Everybody should be able to enjoy a park, everybody should be able to enjoy a beautiful view, and we are trying our best to keep the faith of the people that are for us,” says Latimer.
The 115-year-old fountain has been out of service due to repairs and upgrades around the Croton Dam.
