Westchester District Attorney Susan Cacace revealed new information about Yorktown rehab center employee accused of raping a patient.
She says a nursing assistant found a "housekeeper in bed with a patient."
Authorities say the patient has severe dementia and could not consent.
It allegedly happened Saturday at the Yorktown Rehabilitation and Nursing Center.
Javier Barragan, 48, is being held in the county jail.
The center's owners had not commented on the arrest as of Thursday night.
