The death of a 66-year-old man found in the Croton Falls Reservoir on Sunday afternoon has been ruled a homicide.
Police identified the man as Aurelio Zhunio-Orbez, of Connecticut. He was reported missing by his family in Danbury on Dec. 1.
Police released a picture of a black Toyota Sienna that belonged to the victim. It was allegedly stolen after Zhunio-Orbez was killed.
There was a
large police presence Sunday at the end of Daisy Lane, where the road meets Lower Mine Road near the reservoir. His body was recovered around 6 p.m.
