Marsha Gordon, the President and CEO of the Westchester Business Council, says now, more than ever, employees require a healthy work-life balance.

She says the number one thing parents are looking for is a hybrid schedule, with opportunities to work from home.
Others want to work for companies that have career development opportunities and a culture that promotes equity and inclusion.
Some are even shortening the work week! "A company I know shifted the workweek for its employees where you can work four days a week and those days have to be longer days. So that, I have absolutely seen and it's a very powerful incentive," says Gordon.
