In this week's Deep Dive, News 12's Samantha Crawford spoke with the pros to get some helpful tools on how to boost that curb appeal without breaking the bank.
Melissa Marcogliese, of Designing Real Estate, says the easiest way to spruce up a home is with paint.
"The easiest thing you can do is paint," says Marcogliese. "I always say paint is the best bang for your buck."
Marcogliese says painting cabinets in the kitchen, upgrading countertops and adding a backsplash can also help to sell a home.
Marcogliese says making some simple changes may be able to get you a 15%-20% return.
