Dwayne Reid charged in shooting of Lamont Smith outside P.S. 112

Cops have named the gunman and victim in a fatal shooting outside a Bronx elementary school Wednesday morning.  According to police, 43-year-old Dwayne Reid, of Larchmont, killed 45-year-old Lamont
