A fire tore through a three-story building in East New York on Thursday night.
The FDNY says they responded to reports of a fire at the back of 1013 Sutter Ave.
The fire spread to the second and third floors of the building.
This is the second fire at this address in less than a year.
On Christmas Day last year, another fire ripped through a Chinese restaurant on the first floor of the same building.
The owners obtained permits from the Department of Buildings earlier this month to renovate the building following the first fire.
The cause of Thursday's fire is still under investigation.
