The former private investigator for Diane Schuler's family, the woman who killed 7 other people after driving in the wrong direction on the Taconic State Parkway, now says he agrees with the findings of toxicology reports that he once disputed.
Thomas Ruskin is no longer working with the Schuler family, and tells News 12 that there is no evidence to prove that the official autopsy results on Diane Schuler are wrong.
Ruskin had previously argued that the possibility of a pre-existing medical condition needed to be investigated before determining whether Schuler was drunk and high when she crashed last year.
Ruskin ended his work with the Schulers after learning they had signed a deal with HBO to exhume Diane's body for a documentary film.
