Bill Clinton and George W. Bush are due in Haiti today, as they spearhead U.S. fundraising efforts in response to the January quake. And some Haitians are hoping to make their frustrations heard.A resident of the Bel Air slum says he wants the former presidents to know that the situation there is "no good." He says, "The way people are living in Haiti is no way for anyone tolive."It's Bush's first trip to Haiti. Clinton, who is the U.N. special envoy there, has made two visits since the quake.Supporters of Haiti's ousted President Jean-Bertrand Aristide are planning protests tomorrow, demanding the return of their exiled leader and pleading for more aid.Clinton has been disliked by many of Haiti's elite since he returned Aristide to power in 1994, with a force of 20,000 U.S. troops. As for Bush, he's remembered by many Haitians as the leader whose administration chartered the plane that flew Aristide back into exile, and then backed an interim government that carried outreprisals against his supporters.
