Tenants at 1625 Fulton Ave. have been living without hot water or gas for more than a month after they say workers broke a gas line.

Tenants say the landlord gave them hotplates to prepare food, but the building?s wiring is so old they?re now experiencing power outages. Residents say it?s a dangerous situation and they want the city to fix it.

The New York City Housing Authority plans to send inspectors to the site.
