Gov. Kathy Hochul is detailing historic budget investments for some of the state's youngest learners.
There will be $125 million allocated to expand access to full-day Pre-K. It will create more than 17,000 seats statewide.
The budget provides $31.5 billion in total school aid for the 2023 school year - the highest level of state aid ever.
