The whimsical and mischievous spirit of “Whoville Returns to Port” will take place at the Promenade in the historic downtown district this Sunday. From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., the event promises an array of activities, including face-painting, games, and an exciting meet-and-greet with the Grinch himself, alongside other beloved Whoville characters.

The best part? Parking and admission are free! It's a delightful opportunity for families and community members to join in the festive fun and spread holiday cheer, despite the Grinch's shenanigans earlier in the week!
