Haverstraw police arrested a man who used a stolen credit card to buy a vacuum worth nearly $1,000.
Investigators say the 32-year-old Spring Valley resident purchased the vacuum and then tried to resell it online.
Authorities set up an undercover sting in Pomona to catch him.
The unnamed suspect has been charged with criminal possession of stolen property.
