HBO films crews have taken over parts of downtown Yonkers for the upcoming 'Show Me a Hero' mini-series.
The show focuses on how the City of Yonkers struggled through the housing desegregation battles of the late 1980s and early 90s.
Producer David Simon is hosting a live Q and A at the Riverfront Library on Monday for residents curious about the show. Yonkers Mayor Mike Spano is hoping for a packed crowd.
Jim Belushi and Wynona Ryder are just some of the actors involved with the series.
