A Scarsdale neighborhood is on high alert after a hidden surveillance camera was discovered on a resident's property, sparking concerns about potential burglary.

The camera was found Sunday outside a home on Bradford Road. Police believe it may be part of a larger scheme used by criminals to monitor and target homes for break-ins.

While no suspects have been identified, officers are urging residents to remain vigilant, lock their doors, and report any suspicious activity.

As a precaution, police have increased patrols in the area.
