Despite the struggling economy, a high-end car dealer is opening up in Rockland County.

While U.S. automakers struggle to stay afloat, Michael Mastrangelo, of Wide World of Cars dealership, believes luxury cars are still in demand.

"The people who buy these cars are hopefully a little bit immune to the economy the way it is today," says Mastrangelo, who plans to sell Maseratis and Ferraris.

Although the new dealership is opening during one of the worst economic times in memory, there are only four similar dealers in the tri-state area, which could spur demand.
