Police say an illegal immigrant from Ecuador who pleaded guilty to DWI charges Monday was taken into custody by Federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Segundo Tanay, 26, was arrested July 3 in Brewster for driving drunk on Oak Street. Agents took Tanay to the federal detention center in Manhattan.
Tanay faces possible deportation.
