Orange County prosecutors say the 42-year-old is accused of offering a 15 and 17-year-old girl $200 to engage in prostitution. He was charged with promoting prostitution, child endangerment, criminal solicitation, and unlawful imprisonment.

According to media reports, Bacucci was arrested by New York State Police in Greene County in 2017 for forcibly touching a victim under the age of 15. State police said on Thursday that his record from that arrest is sealed.

News 12 contacted the Greene County District Attorney’s Office for information about the resolution of the 2017 case and is waiting for a response.

Bacucci is not registered on the New York state sex offender registry list.

News 12 has received two reports from Goshen parents with teenage girls who allege their underage children were recently offered $40 an hour to work at Bacucci’s restaurant but that the families felt something was wrong and declined.

Bacucci is in Orange County Jail on $25,000 cash bail, $50,000 bond and $50,000 unsecured bond.
