Investigators from the state Attorney General's Office, county police and Mount Vernon police were at The Camelot Funeral Home in Mount Vernon.

The unlicensed funeral home is the same location where bodies and remains were found last month. Some investigators were seen putting special covering over their uniforms.

It is unclear what they are doing there today. The funeral director is accused of operating without a license.

Officials say they are working to gather more information.

Last week, News 12 reported that investigators said they found 17 boxes of cremated remains in the basement of the Stevens Avenue facility. Thirteen bodies were found in various states of decomposition throughout the home. Three of those bodies were found in the garage.
