Magana, who has cerebral palsy, plays a vital role at Jawonio by answering phones and assisting people in reaching their destinations.
He finds fulfillment in meeting new people and showcasing his capabilities. "It's been great. I feel like it's an opportunity for me to show other people what I'm capable of," says Magana.
Jawonio has facilitated over 6,000 job hires since its inception, emphasizing that people with disabilities demonstrate three times the job retention compared to those without.
