Rep. Pat Ryan, alongside Korean War veterans and other politicians, introduced the "Never Forgotten Korean War P.O.W Act" aimed at securing compensation for a group that did not receive full combat pay during their time in captivity.

The legislation seeks to provide funding to all men and women who endured the circumstances of the Korean War.
