You have to hurry if you want a free tree in Tuckahoe.

The Tuckahoe Environmental and Sustainability Committee announced Wednesday it's giving away trees, but the supply is limited.

All trees must be planted within 15 feet of the curb and can't affect any underground or overhead utilities. You also must have the homeowner's approval.

The Committee generally has honey locust, maple, sycamore and cherry trees available.

If you want one, there's a form people can fill out.
