A 26-year-old man was arrested after being accused of slashing two women in Soundview.
Police say 26-year-old Bryce Montesdeoca is now facing assault charges after allegedly slashing a 77-year-old woman and a 23-year-old woman in the face.
The slashing happened Monday on Underhill Avenue and Bruckner Boulevard.
