Man convicted in 1981 Pearl River murder to remain jailed as judge denies bail change
3ds agoA 33-year-old man was shot in the head and killed late Thursday night, according to the NYPD.
Police say it happened around 10:30 p.m. in front of 1629 Westchester Ave.
The victim was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he was pronounced dead.
Police say no arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing. The 33-year-old man's identity has not been released.
