3ds agoA man who was shot in Nyack Sunday night has died, and a suspect from Valley Cottage has been arrested.
Orangetown police say 18-year-old Collyer Goodman shot 21-year-old Darien Brydie in the parking lot of the Nyack Plaza apartment complex on Hudson Avenue around 8 p.m.
Police say it happened while the two were allegedly in a car together.
Brydie, of Illinois, later died at Nyack Hospital.
Goodman was charged with manslaughter and reckless endangerment.
He's currently being held on $250,000 bail.
