A 39-year-old man hit by a car early Monday morning in Yonkers was treated at a hospital for a broken ankle.
Police say the incident occurred around 2 a.m. near the intersection of Elm and Oak streets.
Police tell us the driver that hit him remained at the scene.
No charges are being pursued at this time.
