News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hope Osemwenkhae says to expect cooler and dry conditions overnight and a mostly sunny Wednesday.
TODAY: Mostly sunny and cooler/dry. Highs near 77. Lows down to 58! Even a few upper-40s possible in the highest elevations.
TOMORROW: Mostly sunny and nice with highs around 78. Lows near 60 with more clouds.
THURSDAY: Mostly cloudy with a few scattered showers likely throughout the day. Highs only around 75. Lows down to 66.
FRIDAY: A morning round of rain, then mostly sunny by the afternoon. Highs around 80. Lows down to 65.
WEEKEND: Not too bad! Mix of sun & clouds with highs in the upper-70s. Lows in the low-60s.
TROPICAL UPDATE: There are two active tropical storms in the Atlantic with three other tropical disturbances that are being monitored. Tropical Storm Franklin is impacting Puerto Rico and Hispaniola now through Wednesday. Puerto Rico, Haiti and the Dominican Republic will face some flash flooding and mudslides. Tropical Storm Harold is making landfall today near Brownsville, Texas. It will produce heavy rain, flooding and tropical storm conditions over parts of Southern Texas through tomorrow morning.
