4ds agoJames Steven Fox Jr., 29, of Mount Kisco has been identified as the driver killed in Sunday’s Saw Mill River Parkway crash.
Police say Fox Jr. was traveling southbound when his car left the roadway and struck a guard rail.
Fox was pronounced dead at the scene.
A passenger was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
