'Move that bus!' are the words one lucky family in Crawford will soon hear, as it was picked for the ABC television show, 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.'
Jimmy Korpai says on Thursday morning, his family was woken up by a bull horn and one of the show's stars and designers Ty Pennington. Korpai says his 5-year-old daughter Hailey has a form of dwarfism and their home is not adapted for any of her needs, which prompted him to apply for the show.
The show builds new homes for families in need. The crew has currently taken over the neighborhood near the Korpais' home. The show also uses volunteers and locally owned construction and design businesses.
While the home is getting its makeover, the Korpai family will be relaxing on a Disney cruise to the Bahamas.
