New video shows
an 18-vehicle crash in Orange County from Monday.
Police say
it happened at 6:15 a.m. on Route 9W southbound, between Route 218 and West
Point Overlook.
They say eight people were
hurt in a crash involving black ice. Town of Highlands EMS treated five patients at the scene.
Four patients were taken to
the hospital with minor injuries.
