Police say a man from Newburgh has been arrested for allegedly asking a 9-year-old girl if he could touch her sexually. Investigators say the young victim was able to point out Juan Mendoza, 25, to police.

Police say a man from Newburgh has been arrested for allegedly asking a 9-year-old girl if he could touch her sexually.
Investigators say the young victim was able to point out Juan Mendoza, 25, to police.
The suspect, who lives on Liberty Street, has been arrested in the past for similar incidents, according to authorities.
Mendoza has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
