A vote to reinstate Newburgh’s suspended school superintendent took place at a special meeting Wednesday night.
The school board approved bringing back Dr. Jackielyn Manning Campbell, who was suspended last January for reasons never fully disclosed.
The resolution passed in a 5-4 vote.
Manning says she's ready to return and focus on moving the district forward.
