FAA issues ground delays at tri-state airports

In the last hour, LaGuardia Airport announced that all flights will be grounded until at least 9 a.m.

The FAA has issued ground delays at airports in the tri-state due to heavy rains and strong winds from the nor’easter.
Flights were impacted at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark airports.
All three airports had average delays of well over an hour.
In the last hour, LaGuardia Airport announced that all flights will be grounded until at least 9 a.m. with more delays expected to be announced as the day goes on.
