A White Plains man was charged with pushing a woman onto the subway tracks in Lower Manhattan.

According to the NYPD, 41-year-old Samuel Junker was charged with felony assault.

The incident happened at the Chambers Street station on Tuesday around 11 p.m.

Junker allegedly approached the 34-year-old victim from behind and pushed her onto the tracks before he took off.

The woman was treated at the hospital for a fracture to a leg.
