Newburgh police are asking for the public’s help in finding the person accused of stealing a gold charm of Jesus from a mall jewelry kiosk.

The theft happened last month at the Piercing Pagoda inside the Newburgh Mall. Authorities say the man asked to see the charm, then grabbed it and ran.

The suspect is described as having tattoos on each hand.
