The inside of Veloz Barbershop on North Main Street is heavily damaged from the front all the way to the back of the business.
Fire officials believe it is a total loss.
Rockland County Fire Coordinator Chris Kear said the e-bike was at the front of the business when a woman in the back of the store heard a loud popping noise. The woman saw that the bike was on fire.
Everyone was able to get out through the back door.
