According to police, 32-year-old Eric Hortsman flashed two women at Luna Lounge in Nyack. The women gave police a description of Hortsman and his vehicle and he was quickly arrested. Detectives believe he's responsible for the flashings in Orangetown and Clarkstown this summer.
