Ossining Police Chief Kevin Sylvester will retire after more than 20 years with the department.
Ossining Mayor Rika Levin signed a separation agreement with Sylvester at a board meeting on Wednesday night.
Sylvester is a graduate of Pace Law School and was Westchester County's youngest police chief when he was sworn in at age 35.
