More than 2,500 tickets were written over the holidays for impaired or reckless driving in the Hudson Valley.

State police say there were more than one hundred DWI arrests.

It is part of the state's "Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over" campaign that ran from De. 13 through Jan. 1.

Drivers were also ticketed for aggressive and distracted driving.
