Former New York Gov. George Pataki expressed a need for change in Albany as he formally endorsed Staten Island District Attorney Daniel Donovan in his campaign for state attorney general.
Donovan is seeking the state Republican nomination, and Pataki says he's confident in Donovan's skills.
"It's just very disappointing to me and I'm sure it's disappointing to all the people in this great state," Pataki said when asked about New York's current financial situation. "We need change in Albany dramatically."
