Spring Valley police said Saturday a teenager is dead and another man is in critical condition after a double shooting in Spring Valley.

Detectives said a 17-year-old succumbed to his injuries at the Westchester Medical Center. Police are still looking for the suspect.

The shootings happened just after 3 p.m. Friday.

The first victim, who was shot several times, was found at 34 Monsey Blvd. The second man, who also suffered several gunshot wounds, was discovered at nearby 1 Fletcher Rd., according to investigators.

As the investigation continues, police are hoping the public can help with crucial information.
