Two people were charged Thursday in connection with a BB gun shooting that injured one teenager.
According to police, a group of teens were hanging out at a park drinking beer when a fight erupted between two of them. One teen was shot in the eye with a BB gun. Police say 16-year-old Justin Michel was the shooter. He is charged with assault in the second degree. He was released to his parents.
Police also arrested 22-year-old Anthony Ubines, who they say supplied alcohol to the teens involved in the shooting incident. Ubines is also charged with a robbery at a Bank of America. He is currently in the Orange County Jail.
