Police in the Hudson Valley cracked down on alleged drunken drivers over the weekend.
According to police, three alleged drunken drivers were pulled off the road with children as passengers. Police say one man, 25-year-old Maryeceo Martinez, of Suffern, had a blood-alcohol level double the legal limit.
Martinez was also charged under Leandra's Law, which makes it a felony if someone is caught driving drunk and has a child 15 years old or younger inside.
