5h agoPolice say a Mamaroneck woman was crossing the street, when a car heading southbound hit her.
Village police say the accident happened around a little after 12 p.m. Thursday in the 400 block of Mamaroneck Avenue.
She suffered serious injuries and was taken to Westchester Medical Center.
The driver was an 86-year-old village resident. He remained at the scene.
He was cited for failing to exercise due care, a violation.
The investigation is ongoing.
